We are working to ensure everyone feels safe to bring their whole self to work. This year, the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and intersex (LGBTI) community was a focus for our Diversity and Inclusion agenda.

This year we formed the LGBTI working group and a support network called Left, Right and Scentre, released our action plan and called for allies to champion an inclusive environment. Our teams proudly wore purple and hosted morning teas to celebrate Wear It Purple Day, showing our support for the LGBTI community every day, across all parts of our business.
